How I Started:
i was sent out of town for some training when i got my job. sitting in a hotel room for 3 months just wasn't going to cut it. a new gym had opened down from the street from the room. after being in class all day i found myself there. not knowing what to do i went in everyday and just played on the machines. all i knew was i was uncomfortable in my own body and i had to do something.
Why I Love It:
its never ending..im always setting higher goals and driving to push myself,Its empowering and rewarding to see changes,feel strong,the confidence it gives me and the energy I have to live life to the fullest. The challenge of breaking a limit, seeing a goal accomplished
