I actually started working out in high school. I was pretty fit at 185 lbs. But then came adulthood. Work, not a lot of free time, eating garbage, excuses. I ballooned up to 195 lbs.
Then I started working out again, got down to 180 lbs on a keto diet with tons of cardio. Then came Christmas at home...
Haven't been fit in at leas 5 years. 210 lbs at my heaviest, over 30% bf.
Started working out again May 2007. Basically doing weights (HST) and some cardio. The main diet change was less carbs in my daily diet.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing and feeling the way my body changes over time. I also like reading and learning about supplements and how they affect the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just think about how fat I am, and approaching 30, it's only going to get harder to keep fit.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet.

I normally post this stuff on my own blog, but my server crashed last weekend, and it probably won't be up for a week.
So I decided to post my V-Diet experience here. I learned a lot from reading other peoples' diets here on T-Nation and elsewhere, so I am happy to share my diet...
