Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My goal is to get stronger in the upper body and to heal the heel so I can get stronger with the lower body.
Goal (Long): I want to lose body fat without starving myself but by eating clean foods and watching my caloric intake. I want to maintain a positive mental outlook on what I'm doing and compare myself only to my former self and the self I want to become. While I feel like I'm in great physical health, I also want to make sure I have balance in my life and spend more time on my mental health, spiritual health, and keeping the bonds of friendship strong. I want to have unlimited energy and plan on doing great things with that energy. Here's to the summer of 2007! To be more specific, I want to be able to do 5 pull ups (up from 2), to bench press 100 pounds (up from 80), to create the strongest damn ankles in the world and to prevent atrophy of the legs as much as possible while wearing the boot.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

I am still on thefence with Tribeca because I have been illl and has affected my training and diet - I was thinking about doing the show that you are talking about - but am still trying to find info online here about it ??? Im lost where do I go for that

Thanks, and you have a great physique. I used 4 coats of ProTan and then 2 coats Jan Tana, but my progress pics are just from natural tanning in the HOT Florida sun :)

Ok sweetie .. now . stop putting yourself down.. I have seen you first hand .. and for sure you DONT look like you are drunk .. you on the other hand are holding yourslelf amazingly for someone that hurt thier ankle.. with class and dignity - which many people can look up too!!!
