I want to lose body fat without starving myself but by eating clean foods and watching my caloric intake. I want to maintain a positive mental outlook on what I'm doing and compare myself only to my former self and the self I want to become. While I feel like I'm in great physical health, I also want to make sure I have balance in my life and spend more time on my mental health, spiritual health, and keeping the bonds of friendship strong. I want to have unlimited energy and plan on doing great things with that energy.
Goal with regards to competition. I wanted to come in to the show in better condition than I did last year and I think I'm on my way to achieving that goal. Better suit, bigger arms, leaner legs, and better posing. Also, better application of taning products and make up learned the hard way by making mistakes at previous shows. Always learn from your mistakes. That's what they're good for!

hey debra :D how's it going. i did okay i guesss...i placed 2nd and got invited to the photoshoot (which i just got back from). and the photographer asked me to come back to do more casual shoots...so i guess thats good progress...but eh, i feel i can do better :)

i use w.e. lol at this point i dont really care what it is. i do believe they use temporary tanners like dream tan 2 right? do they sell it there? if so i might buy it from there and put it on there so ya...
which means i'l probably have to spend 2x its worth on the day of the show after borrowing money from friends "/ i havent been in the greatest mood when i found out my dad won't oreder me my tanning stuf even if i gave him the money later on. so ya..but i am deffinetly looking forward to seeing you. just look for a guy wearing either a Dolphin Fitness Clubs logo on his t-shirt (back) or a GCW - Gladiator Drink outfit. hehe Ciao! and once again, thanc for the adive :)

lols you can never be ready lolz, but ya...i think im ready...im about to put up a posing video you should check it out and let me know what you think :) and as far as legs, i'd probably say to jst do lunges and leg extensions, dont even bother squating anymore, i've squated only once since the beginningof this month, and i probably wont squat till like 2weex out
