How I Started:
I was the small kid growing up. When I got to high school I hit the gym and didnt look back. I didnt learn how to really lift properly until after high school though.
Why I Love It:
The weights dont lie. They are completely honest. You can either move them or you cant.
How I Stay Motivated:
If i dont keep my strength/size up I tend to get thrown around in my muay thai and jiu jitsu classes.

Things are going well .... first day back in the gym after month off ... same routine new passion and new partner ...so getting back at it hardcore...aded about 5lbs of bad weight but not bad fora month of slacking .
