Really, its been a lifetime of making proper choices in taking care of my Self. In the early years, I had free time between classes in college and found myself at the gym - then on stage competing. Proper nutrition has been a constant.
Why I Love It:
I like the Zen of it. It is me against the weights, only me. It is the culmination of proper nutrition and proper form that rewards me with a metabolism that works in my favor resulting in a prized rock hard physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals. I don't always attain my set goals, but I always keep my eye on a nearby prize and an ultimate prize, for example, a nearby prize of a drop in bodyfat or increase in strength and and ultimate prize of ultimate competition preparedness.
BB Accomplishments:
Peaking Perfectly for my September 2007 competitions thanks to the nutritional guidance of Dr. Joe Klemczewski (www.thedietdoc.com). My physique rocked with hardness, leanness, symetry, etc.
