When I Started:
Jun, 2009
How I Started:
I got started unexpectedly. I went through a crisis and out of that experience I realized I lost a few pounds. I decided that I refuse to gain that weight back and I've been trying to stay motivated to keep it off!

Im just teasing you about the booty. You will lose some of it, but that is a good thing. The biggest factor is diet. As a starting point, I would eliminate all the "bad" calories. For example, sugary snacks, white bread and alcohol.
