Goal (Long):
For health reasons my first fitness goal is to lose 38 pounds within 8 months. Second I would like to lose the fat and tone up my body I do not want to gain all the muscle though. I'd like to be able to walk up and down the stairs at work without breathing hard when I reach the top. I'd like to get into a regular routine of exercising daily without making excuses.
Seems like i've had one challenge after another it's very frustrating when I am trying to do something to benefit me in the long run and every corner I turn there is something else going on. My daughter had surgery and i have been tending to her so much that I realized that I hadn't eaten...

Thanks, I'm doing pretty good with the eating. I've gotten used to it and its pretty much a part of my daily life so I guess you can say no more eating bad food, but I do treat myself once or twice a week. How are things going for you?
your goals are very realistic and sounds like you have the drive to make it.. best of luck.. a healthy lifestyle is a happier lifestyle. oh and by the looks of your graph seems you have lost weight.. feels good dont it. again best of luck

How are you... good to hear from you... well, so far things are going well, i'm still doing my walks...i'm going to get back into the gym like i use to.. I would love to see 5 or 6lbs come off a week, but as long as i see any weight lost, i'm good... how is your progress coming along.. hope to hear from ya soon... have a great weekend....Jackie
