no...bless you and thank you. I have overcome many addictions and know that physical and mental strength are stronger than "things". Fighting everyday! Your body will thank you, finding the core reason of those bad habits and replacing them w/good healthy ones...Best wishes to you.

It happens Ive been in a rut myself all week, lack of sleep, drained, my boys not well so have to get us better then we will resume, may I say full force. Have a great week and get to it!

Balancing what is truely important, your health, family and friends. Making the time a priority. I have overworked myself to the point of stress related sickness, its not worth it. My health and my family comes before work, my main reason for resigning. Best wishes have a great week!

I will be better after catching up on my sleep, my older boy has been working out 11-12 at night then sleep walking, ugh. I need routine, when does school start;)? One day at a time...Yes stop stressing..LOOK at you and all you've done, and all YOU CAN DO! Sending you some love;) stay strong!

I had the same thing happen to me, your videos "saved" me yesterday. This here is my support. I am so determined but at those times of weaknesses dont quit. I make sure I workout before I get on the computer. Its all in the mind, you have to want it, MIND over MATTER, just do it! and stick with it! Dont give up and IT WILL happen, you will get there!

YES!!! Just like I say "whats on the inside radiates" and let me tell you...YOU are radiating;);) I'm working out/training hard just have to stop the excessive choc. n peanut butter snackin in my moments of weakness. Train on we will talk later. Keep smilin!

oh and thank you on the weight thing. I guess I carry my weight well. Nobody can EVER guess how much I weigh n when I tell them they can believe it. I wear my fat well, evenly distributed over the muscle;) thats not where I want it!

I have seriously slacked lately with the added snacking but we have to do it, for our health. Stick with it...get to work. Ive found when i dont get enough sleep I "mess up" Esyablish a plan and stick with it, small rewards. Do you wanna make a bet? I just put on 10lbs since Ive got on bodyspace so I think we are in the same damn boat, same river. Its no float downstream, we gotta paddle, hard, upstream to get where we want to go! ~D
