How I Started:
Just loved lifting weights in high school for sports and stuck with it.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gets rid of stress and it is very challenging.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading mags like muscle and fitness. I also have friends with the same love for weight training and we all compete with each other.

advice: 1) eat more 2) take your protein 3) rest plenty 4) train with guys bigger/ stronger than you 5) be patient 6) stick to a consistent routine and results will come.
