OH MAN! I bet you do...i worked as an Vet tech for a while...that was pretty hard to deal with, i can't imagine dealing with hurt humans. :( I'll let you do your job and i'll do mine...LOL! You go girl!

MEOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW Kitty Kat! You have one rockin'lil' body! love the new main pik. SO please help out a beginner...i drink protein, but is there anything else that i should be taking to help build that muscle? Another thing...I get dead tired and have to take a nap after the gym...WHY? Anything to help that? Thanks girlie. Keep on rockin out that lil' body!

I eat clean during the week with the exception of the weekends. I just started tho...you have to remember i only started working out in January this year. My main pik all id did was party and drink...LOL! I was a skinny lil thing, so i am hoping to keep gaining muscle! :) As for my workout, i started with the Mark Rippetoe, now i do isolation with a mix of compound each day. I hate cardio...i know i know...i should do it....

You are my gorgeous inspiration girl! But I am here with a question...I am wondering what doing chest exercises will do to my implants, i really worry about them looking smaller or bumpy in any way (and i have seen this). Should i worry? Can you recommend a few that you like to do? Thanks girlie! Keep on being gorgeous and work that little body of yours! MUAH!
