A former 2x state wrestling champ at my H.S. school asked if i would be interested in training with him i was 17yrs.old.
Why I Love It:
The self dicipline, the challenge, the self accoplishment that you feel after completing a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
By studying the human anatomy, by listening to others,by watching selfprogress in not only myself but the clients i train-and seeing the visible changes in the attitudes, and the bodys of the people i work with.
i want to gain 5-7lbs. of lean muscle by july-2009and compete after a long competitive layoff.
Goal (Long):
i have been away from the competitive scene for quite sometime 95 and carry more muscle then before with even more maturity would like to compete in the masters nationals and earn a pro card that would complete my circle, as far as b.b. is concerned would like to see what opportunites lie ahead after that goal is reached
i am convinced that after 20yrs +training of just about every routine out there i am finding out taking a full week off after one month promotes not only recovery and healing of the joints but also it is all around stress releiver, and i am more focused and have alot better results....
Paul thanks for the comment. I see you're from Naperville. I went to college in Wheaton (Conservatory 00') Good luck on your plans. From your pics, I believe you DO need to go after that pro-card. And congrats. on remaining natural!
HaHaHa...what a small world! That's AWESOME...and, he even spells his name the same way...how cool! Thanks for the add...I'll definitely be following your progress, man...keep up all the hard work!
You have muscle memory and muscle maturity going for you. Everything will bounce back in time. Aged muscle tends to look better than the 20 something’s.
Paul, I placed 8th out of 30th. It was a killer contest, the best guys in the nation showed up. I was in my best condition ever. there was just 7 guys who looked better than me. I'll do it again next year.
