Workout Program:
Today I'm staring with a new workout..I've been lifting for strength lately..hopefully go heavier will get me the results I've been waiting for..here goes!!

Tonight will be:
Bent Over Dumbbell Row 4 x6-10

Lat Pulldowns 3x8-12

Bicep Curls 3x8-12

Free Motion Row 3x6-10

Cable Twists-3x10-15.- 3 diff. positions
