I've played sports since a I was a kid. I started lifting weights in high school and through college. I fell off the wagon two years ago.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body transform. It's up to me to make that change, and bodybuilding definitely lets you feel and see your work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through my hubby's compliments as well as seeing other men and women with similar goals as mine.
BB Accomplishments:

Hey...thanks! I know what you mean i've been hitting the beach pretty hard fell into the trap,chillin/partying on the weekend. hopefully i can refocus today. I actually switched to full body workouts just to change things up. I like it but not sure how my progress is turning out. Hit me back when you get a chance...hope your week goes good for you!
