DTP for start. to measure my limits and to tell the body. "its now time for you to get ripped!"
for first 3 months i have only been observing bb.com watched almost all the trainer programs.
at first week when i saw bb.com. i told myself to first properly unerstand the process then step into it.
so i took 2-3 months for "research work" and continued gym workouts for those 3 months.,
luckily DTP got uploaded during that time..
when i just saw it and realized it is actually working on all 3 muscle fiber types at same time. i was so so impressed with such a superb idea of pushing the body to total limits. AWESOME STUFF!
i started with DTP for first month.
m still running thru. 9 dayz left to DTP.. and i can see the changes..! sorry for not uploading the pics.. its just. dont have a good cam :D
