I stuck with it for about a month. greasing the groove is working out better though. Then again it could just be that i need a break!

I'm not even close. I thought I was doing good and then my strength just disappeared. Soooo I decided to stick with "greasing the groove" for pushups and pullups. The hundred pushup program is killing me,lol.

I read the post on your progress pic. Are you tracking your bodyfat? maybe between feb and march you gained some muscle mass from lifting weights. I use an omron handheld cuz it seems more reliable than the one on my scale....

Appreciate the comment. I was able to lose 1-2 lbs every week. I started off with hydroxycut max, which is awesome, and in the middle of may I switched to xenadrine rfa which is perfect for people who overdo the snacking. Either one will help if you eat right and workout. So, that's my take on it. Oh yeah I should say I use protein religiously. Good luck!
