How I Started:
When I was 15 I copied everything I saw my uncle do. I read his fitness magazines, and even the five year old was required to be present for family bike rides and runs, so we all exercised.
Why I Love It:
It is family time in my house. We talk between sets, we check each others form, even my baby knows workout time is fun time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep the family involved, compete with each other, charge pullups to use the bathroom, charge pushups for saying silly stuff etc and we never force anything. That and phone calls from my sister telling me that she's running laps on the track.
BB Accomplishments:
I arrived when I saw my three year old doing lat raises and push ups while she was playing with her toys. Sometimes she asks me to go for a jog (she's 5 now)It makes me feel like I'm passing on something worthwhile to my kids.

Goal (Long):
So, my bodyfat goal was 14%, and now I am almost there. I'm going to keep trying to get some of this bodyfat off of me. It seems like it is all on my belly, so cardio is a main focus for now.
I have a goal to get down to 115, and I am almost there. I haven't been a hundred and twenty anything for years. After my five year old was born my weight hung out around 130. So this is a really big moment for me. I forgot to check my bodyfat in all of the excitement, but I prefer to...
