How I Started:
I just had my second child and knew that I had to do something. I had no energy, hated the way my body looked and realized that starving myself wasnt going to cut it. I decided to change my habits, started eating clean and working out. Now I feel better than I have in years.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like im accomplishing something for myself. It helps me let off steam, get time away from housework.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to look at other people's progress pics, it reminds me that things dont happen overnight and that hard work and dedication can go a long way.
BB Accomplishments:
My jeans before i had my son are now loose! Thats it so far but its pretty huge for me.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My Husband is my workout partner, he should have been a trainer. We push eachother and give eachother motivation to reach our goals. awww...you look great too! My body is coming back easily (only 3 workouts since I've had her...still hurts to do abs, so I don't) because I was in such good shape before I got pregnant. I was training for a figure comp when we started trying...lol. :-)
