It's been a loooong time! I found this lovely blog-vlog called "Zen and the Art of Weightlifting" (http://www.theironsamurai.com) and it inspired me to write a post. That and an extra heavy, low rep (3-5 reps) chest and tri workout and I had a really kickin time at the gym today. I had hit a plateau and didn't really know it but now that I'm moving past it I do. Been thinking about adding a morning cardio component... Go to BodyBlog
