Loving life right now new year coming new me in the making!

I want to lose 20 pounds of fat so I can take my shirt off this summer.

maintain at least 85kg until Feb but cutting fat progressively...

Just want to stay in shape and not look scary to my grand kids when I squeez their cheeks one day...not too far off
