well, i was lifting for more than year when i sign up here...it was first week of feb 2010....well 2010 on the whole was not good for me..in the first few months ,i made huge progress...i was able to see size,strength increasing, although it was some fat too but overall i was happy..i got huge motivation from friends in college,gym and also here on bb.com..and in nov, i got injured and since than i am struggling to get  back where i was.. looking on my progress in recent time, i got down from 23-24 body fat percentage to 13-14 body fat percentage, 34.5 waist size to 32. i made improvement...

hi friends!! currently i am still on treatment of rotator cuff injury and  recovering slowly..i hope to train with light weights in the end of jan 2011. it's the 33 rd day without training and i m missing iron badly. in these 33 days,weight is again up,losing muscle size but  one thing i have learned-MIND SET.and decided TO NEVER GIVE UP,no matter what happens and, in hard way of life and bodybuilding i think,that's MORE IMPORTANT this week, first time my parents showed some attention in what i actually wanted to do. when i got injured last month, my dad got so angry an...

hi friends!! today is great day in my life… i finally reached my SHORT TERM GOAL of having 16" arms today i trained, chest and triceps, and it was very intense workout..after completing my workout, i came back, and it just came to my mind to measure arm size today ..and when i measured my arm, the measuring tape pointed 16"..and i can’t explain how happy i was, to see that..it was the goal, for which i was training so hard from last 6 months..tried various type of exercise/workouts and finally i’m there big thanks to all my friends here on body space sp...

Growing-up Thank you! This year started in Honduras, so no gym, no running, no karate, from the office to the hotel and back. Now adding four days at the gym, focus on the 21st when I will be part of the Clasica Palmarin 14.3km @ 3 pm meaning it is going to be very hot and humid here. Thank you for your kind words.
