I was training for a marathon and my knee went haywire. Being that I thought cardio was the bain of my existance i was lost! So the owner of my gym gave me a kick ass workout (of supersets). I was sceptical but even with no cardio I lost more weight and toned up more than I ever had. And ever since then Ive been hooked on weights!
Why I Love It:
It is a challenge for me and my body. I miss playing sports and this is a way for me to stay active and constantly compete with others and myself as well as kick my own butt.
Did you have on a pink shirt? And you trained with the Jamie? I think I remember ;) Well, it was nice to meet you! How's your training and eating going?
