How I Started:
I've always been involved in athletics since I was very young, playing basketball, baseball, track and football. I've worked out off and on just about my whole life, trying to stay fit. But just recently (since March) it's become more of a lifestyle than a hobby.
Why I Love It:
It's the time that I've carved out of my 3-ring-circus-of-a-life just for me, and I love the way it makes me look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching the members of this site reach their goals, and also by keeping a log of all of my work out sessions...this way I can see my progress!

Depends on muscle group, but normally 8-12 reps per set.
