me b4 decided to do somet about my weight...ugh side 1-oct
just found this photo of the summer, b4 i decided to change my lifestyle and omg i look awful, puttin this up here to remind me of wat i was and remind me why i can never change back into that lifestyle, think im somewhere between 180-185lb here...mingin!

k well im 9 weeks in and so far lost just over 20lb which im pretty happy about am very impatient though so keep upping my training, well atleast that should stop me reaching a plateau.
