While I was in middle school my brothers bought a weight bench and I would work out with them. Also I took weight training classes with friends in High School.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. I feel like I have more energy and overall better health. I like the way it makes my body look and the compliments I get on being in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
One of the main ways I stay motivated is to constantly speak with my friends about working out and the progress they are making in the gym as well. It in return inspires me to work out. Reading fitness magazines. Encouragement from friends, family and colleagues definitely helps.

well im like 10 lbs more... but your just now starting or w.e.. i started off at 145 lbs body weight lol =/ gotta start somewhere! But train hard man and youll hit your goals.
