How I Started: Got sick of being 125lbs a long time ago and have been working out on and off for a while. Unfortunately never more than 6 months straight.
Why I Love It: The personal development and lifestyle and dedication and intensity you put into reaps personal rewards. You get what you give.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing a muscle develop that wasn't there a day before.
