foobar68 I have no trade secrets. All I can tell you is be consistent with what ever program you choose and the exercises basic (squats, deadlift, benchpress and overhead press) and heavy. Also take a break every 8 to 12 week, if you are consistent and going heavey your body will need it. Jul 7, 2008 12:16pm
