Forearm splits happen when your upper arm and shoulder a vastly stonger relationaly to the wrist and forearm -hence there is an imbalance when doing curls (especially straight bar curls). Its quite common amost bodybuilders (if you google foream split you will find whole bunch of peole complaining in various forums) and gymnasts (especially males gymnasts who work primarily on the pommel horse )

thanks for the complement - your very kind. I know i said 90kg on my profile but i guess with everything once you reach or are near a goal you want to surpass it so i guess my target to to see where i can take it naturally:)

tranings not bad - currently i am suffering from forearm splints which is starting to effect how heavy i can go with the bicep curls - not to mention annoying. Switched over to exclusively using dumbbells for a while and avoiding barbel/ez curls. Otherwise making good progress - which remind i need to update my lifting sts (really bad at that) - how about you - hows traning etc?

no probs - good to see another bodybuilder from the UK on here (are you from London as well)
Yep go to the firstfitness gym - not really the best but convinient.
Went to muscle works the other day and was blow away but how much
better geared it is towards bodybuilding.

thanks - i want to really make a lot of progress as well - the gyming part is fine as i really enjoy that -i always find the dieting part hard. Any way i am going to bulk until end of March and then start cutting - hows about you
