Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding to me is a very personal thing were I am not dependent on anyone and the aim is to surpass only yourself - I really enjoy the discipline of it and the structure it brings to your lifestyle.

Goal (Long):
My main aim is to get to 90kg (around 8% or lower body fat)naturally and retain that look. My aim however isn't just to look good but to be functional e.g be able to run marathons as well as be really strong (e.g. be able to bench more then twice my body wirhgt for 10 reps with strict form). Gettign the right balance between all three I think is quite hard but this is my ultimate goal

Thanks for adding me! I believe that leading a healthy and fit lifestyle should always be done for yourself first and not to just compete. I have working out for over 20 years myself and recently started competing which to me is a bonus.
Have a great day!
Oh yes muscle works is awesome! I'm closer to Surrey area but sometimes I train in london. I love visiting other gyms to have a slightly different training session :)
From where I was just a short while ago to where I am today makes me feel as though I have been born again through fitness, and it is my pleasure to hear from others who are making fitness an important part of their lives. I look forward to enjoying your progress and want you to know that you are not alone. Stay strong, focused and determined.
