Worked out in high school, off and on in college, and now getting serious about lifting and bodybuilding again.
I love my "me-time". Working out helps me work out all my frustrations, as well as help to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Plus.... muscles are sexy ;)

Posted in Training : Dec 01, 2011 4:37pmAfter the news yesterday of my bf% going up, I decided it was time to make some tweaks to both my diet, as well as the addition to cardio daily to my routine.
My first change comes in nutrition as adhering to the program of intermittent fasting. My approach to this will be 8 hours of eating followed by 16 hours of "fasting". Since I work a job where I work odd shifts, I found it best to start my eating time frame at 1:30pm which would make my cutoff at 9:30pm.
