When I Started: Aug 2001
HOW I STARTED:

Worked out in high school, off and on in college, and now getting serious about lifting and bodybuilding again.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love my "me-time". Working out helps me work out all my frustrations, as well as help to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Plus.... muscles are sexy ;)

Each morning I look in the mirror, see the image in front of me, then close my eyes and see the image of how I want to look and just go from there. On top of that, the rush I get from my pumps is amazing, and keeps me going back.

CL testing and update

So last night I took the samples I got from CL and put them to use in the gym. Some good pumps, but I did feel a bit skitzo. I think it may have had something to do with the fact that I've been off supps for about a month now, and taking a stim right out of the gate when my tolerance has obviously gone down was a bit of a jolt to my system. After my first couple sets of my bench press, I thought I was gonna upchuck all the shit in my stomach. After that wave passed, I was good to go. Intermittent Fasting Update

So I'm a few days in on the intermittent fasting, and it's going amazing. I'm not tired, have tons of energy, feel more focused, and overall feel cleaner. I feel like my body is lighter, and after a week of hard lifting, I can already see some results. I've had a hard time trying to keep my eating within the 8 hour window, but I've been pretty consistent sans a weekly get together with friends on Thursday where I just bumped back my eating window a few hours so I could eat later. Day 1 of new diet and stepped up cardio

After the news yesterday of my bf% going up, I decided it was time to make some tweaks to both my diet, as well as the addition to cardio daily to my routine.



My first change comes in nutrition as adhering to the program of intermittent fasting.  My approach to this will be 8 hours of eating followed by 16 hours of "fasting".  Since I work a job where I work odd shifts, I found it best to start my eating time frame at 1:30pm which would make my cutoff at 9:30pm.  I've done the research on this, and am excited to see what changes my body w
