Review: This product is just as it advertises. A purified source of healthy fats, it is because of that I gave it a 9 out of 10. It's a tasteless gel-cap 3 times daily, one of the easier supplements for me to take.

But in truth, I have learned over the last couple months that with a proper diet this supplement is completely unnecessary.
