I was originally an over weight teenager, doing Dance Dance Revolution, watching what I eat, not knowing much.
As I got older I have adapted a lot of my plans.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the idea of progress, and making myself better than what I was the day before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a good group of people around me that have given me a lot of support. However, my drive still comes from my motivation to make myself as dangerous as possible, so I can protect the ones close to me.
BB Accomplishments:
None in Bodybuilding.

thanks alot man. yeah, ive been trying to get my high kicks up. it just seems like im not going anywhere. and if i do get high enough i lose all power behind the kick. anyways, thnks again!!
Haha - I know theat feeling bro - love to learn wrestling, but its pretty rare in the uk - something we're not so good at - due to never doing it I guess, lol! I hear u guys even do it at school. We tend to do boxing at school if anything. So much to learn in BJJ at the mo - only been doing it for a year or so!
Not for a while bro, just gonna really knuckle on down and start to bring my ground game up in line with my stand up - so much to learn. Then working on getting the transition between the two areas more flowing. What u been focussing on lately - conditioning, skills, or an even split of the 2?
