thanks man i have been training really hard for about 2.5 years now, only problem is i need to work more on my legs!. going to gym twice today. shoulders first session, chest 2nd.

hey man. I used to have a pyhsique just like you. Not on my pics but a few years ago.
I found sports did alot more for me than gym for losing the weight because you dont really think about losing weight.. more winning or losing in the game and as a result yo get fitter.
I looked at your overhead lift ?? wot append ??
