Things are good. Decided to do a show, yesterday...To get me into the gym, it is 6 weeks out. So, I am in drastic diet mode! Ha ha, should be fun. I am a diet cheater already... Hope you adjust quickly with your move and job, still in AZ?

You should aim lower. When I did bodybuilding I competed at 4.7% You could easily get to 3%. You would clean up!! Figure girls are fuller these days so for next year I am thinking bwtn 8-10%. Who knows, I will have to see. The nose is doing better - I am suppose to wait til Monday when I get checked out bfr I work out.... But.... You know how the "Calling is" L

Yes, actually I weigh about 116 at about 12% bodyfat, so I am heading in the right direction. However, I need to watch my diet. I am eating horribly. I had my nose worked on(deviated Septum) so I am out for the next 10 days. Have a great Thanksgiving with your family!! L
