How I Started:
I started working out after I had my first daughter 11 years ago. I didn't get serious about it though until after my second daughter was born 6 years ago. My body has made very slow but steady changes over the past 5 years and most recently in the last 2 years. Now I would say that I'm pretty hard core with my workouts and have some serious goals set for myself.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about weight training.....it's exhilerating....and nothing beats the high. I love being able to set goals that are totally achievable if you put your mind to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results keep me motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
Ummmm.....no real BB accomplishment except continuing to make progress in my 'transformation'. Going back to school after many, many years to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist while trying to be 'supermom' and a wife would have to go in the category of accomplishments.

yu look to have no need of me as surgeon because yu look in great shape, would lke to meet yu in italy anyway, i live on the sea near montecarlo, italian women need your example as bodybuilder...
ok it is official the scale has said 249 for 3 day!!!! I felt great when it go under 250 now there is no stopping me next 230. Change my workout around and it think thing are starting to show up as the fat goes away
