if i would have to say an overall goal i guess it would have to be maintain my cardio and increase my muscle mass it would be nice to get a nice flat stomach and a toned/cut upper body.
From 220 to 185 now going to fully dedicate myself to getting back to that 220 mark by christmas, rededication time to the iron game. Also time to kick the bad habit that comes with baseball, chewing tobaco no more room for that in my life!
