How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12 or 12-15. I don't need to build mass right now, so I'm keeping myself in the higher rep range. I'll go as high as 20 on some exercises.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I rest for only 30-60 seconds. I want to keep my heart rate up while I'm lifting so I'm constantly burning calories.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Jessica Biel. She has curves.
