How I Started:
Most people look their best when they are a teenager, but not me! I went from a slim 12 year old to a heavy 14 year old and I have the faded stretch marks to prove it. But the huge weight gain made me see just how unhealthy I was. My sister and I (who topped out at 230 and 170lbs respectively) started to get active and began to eat right together.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps me feel great, healthy, keeps my weight in check and I can't imagine not doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot of articles on bodybuilding.com and I keep tabs on Maria Kang's Fitnesscure website as well.
Not only was I a chub, I had a bad fashion sense, too! Yuk.
This is how I look today. I was hesitant to post it but I need to be honest to myself. I am starting the Body for Life Challenge and it's my new "before" picture.

Goal (Long):
Since I've gotten back into the role of exercise and have been challenging my body, the poor eating habits I have are limiting my progress. The hardest thing for me has been changing my diet. Lunch seems to be a big challenge and I can be a mindless muncher. I am starting to ask myself, how much do I want this? I want to be healthy, I want to look amazing, I want to challenge my body and progress through the goals I have for this new year. Starting now I will be playing with and tweaking my body. I need to find what is going to work best for me and how I can stay clean and stop munching!!!

Are you still following the weight training on BFL?? If so, then maybe you could up the cardio to 30 min or do any extra set for each body part in the weight room.
