Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel better about myself - and im naturally an a$$hole, but also naturally skinny which = likely to get my ass kicked, which is where lifting comes in.

BB Accomplishments:
added 50 lbs so far, and 50% strength approx. all around.
Hey, just finished week 7 but really struggled. My left hip is killing me. Really sore from deadlifts. I also couldn't push out the last bench rep. Not sure if I should try to repeat the week for BP until I can get it. Your thoughts?
