i have always been in the gym...didnt always do it right...but i have worked out most of my life...and good genetics does help also!
Why I Love It:
i didnt use weights much after my divorce...and felt intimidated to get up there with the big guys....someone helped me get over that fear...and i doing my thing now.
i have seen results working out with weights and love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated because i love the energy and the confidence it gives me.
i got serious about it after my divorce and shed the xtra weight....ohhh, how sweet to see results!
BB Accomplishments:
want to have great abs and glutes ...after 3 kids...i know i look amazing..but theres still work to be done!

That exactly what i mean...what's a typical day look like for you? foods you eat, any protein, supps, pills, work schedule(not a stalker, i meant time wise, and type of work not where lol)...how many days are you working out? types of exercise, yoga, spinning class, etc...just send as a priv message back to me
