How I Started:
I got interested in working out when I was in high school. I started reading Muscle & Fitness and similar magazines. I was very motivated and learned a lot about training, nutrition and general health. I decided to make training and good nutrition a way of life.
Why I Love It:
I immediately feel energized and have a more positive outlook once I begin my routine. I leave the gym with a sense of accomplishment. I love the way that training shapes my body and mind. I feel more self confident and outgoing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read Oxygen, Fitness RX and Bodybuilding.com for motivation. The hard part is getting myself to the gym. Once I'm there I instantly feel motivated. I constantly remind myself that I have to stay on the right track to reach my goals.
