When I Started:
May, 2008
How I Started:
Working out and staying active has always been a part of my life but about 5 years ago I moved to San Antonio, I was very busy at work so working out was out of the question and I gained alot of weight. I quit my job 2 years ago and I decided to get back to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I don't know if I love it, but I know is good for me. After I quit my job of 11 years I was getting pretty depressed just staying home and realized my workouts are the best medicine for depression.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't even know how I stay motivated but I think what helps is that I schedule my workouts on my palm and set the alarm to go off early in the morning and then in the afternoon it's a constant reminder! And the Bodybuilding website I browse through it everyday even if I don't log in.
BB Accomplishments:
The strenght I never knew I had.

I want to be able to prove everyone I know that I can achieve whatever I set my mind into. I want to transform my body by losing body fat and gaining some muscle. Right now my goal is to be 125lbs with 15% body fat. I know it will take alot of hard work and dedication but I know I can do it.
Ava is another one of my favorites, She inspires me to go on even when I don't feel like working out, just a quick look at her amazing body makes me realized that you can get the body you want by working hard and having the dedication. Anything is possible!
Diana was my first inspiration when I joined this bodyspace website, I was so amazed to see someone with so much dedication and love for the sport that I immediately got serious about my workouts and started eating healthy.
Hello everyone! I just wanted to send all of you a big warm thank you for all your get well wishes and support. I never used to get sick but for the past 3 months I've been visiting the doctor for something; first, it was the thyroid problem which I think now it's under control, then I came...

Hello,
You are welcome for the comments. How are you doing with adding more cardio to your workouts. That is good that your ashtma is under control. My goals are still going slow. People at work are telling me that they see changes in the way I look, which is good.
I'm doing great! Haven't hit the bag this week though, only three hours at the gym and weights and cardio are priority! Glad to hear your enjoying it and pushing harder, you will start seeing some new muscles around your hip and upper legs after a while:)
Hi D! How do you like the kickboxing? i am starting to do a little myself, not so much for fitness but I just need to mentally toughen up; busting my shins on a heavy, unforgiving bag is fun and does the trick:) So how've ya been?
