8.30am 3whole eggs 3 egg whites + banana
10.30 120g cottage cheese + tbsp peanut butter wholemeal crackers
1pm 200g lean deli meat + 4 slices whole meal bread+ 2 cups salad with tbsp balsamic
pre w/o shake + apple
post w/o shake + 40g glucose
7 pm as cooked usually lean meat with sweat potato n veg
10pm 200g low fat cottage cheese
approx 3700 cals
