the best supplement out there is a sound and healthy diet and a solid cardio/workout routine. There is no magic pill and nothing can substitute hard work and dedication. Work on your diet first. And good luck!

Really need to start getting in shape again. Would like any suggestions on supplements to jump start my workout,fat burners and lean muscle builders. I was really fit before I had my son stressful situations since his birth caused weight gain. I am as happy as ever & want to feel good on the outside as well as the inside. Start school next week to pursue a nursing degree and am very excited. Working out will help keep me focused on school as well as my family.
