How I Started:
been working out since highschool. I felt incomplete wanted to experience what the pro's go through. to contract every muscle on stage, the training wow, and the dieting is insane but you get used to it.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy throwing around weights I thought I would never lift or push and to do it in cardio format is insane. its addictive
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Guys like Trey Brewer winning the excalibur and getting a contract in the process for what he loves to do is enough motivation for me
BB Accomplishments:
NPC Eastern USA Championships Novice Lightweight Placed 4th I was thrilled just to have a trophy now I want number one want more size which means more competition
