i have always worked out from playing sports but, was intrigued with bodybuilding when, went to my cousins competition when i was 10yrs. old. i trained for football in high school and at that time is when people where telling me that i would be mr. universe one day ( a long time ago)... then while in the Navy i met guys who competed and train with them to know how to train properly. then in 2004 i decided that i was going to start my journey as a bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
besides football this is the greatest sport. unlike football this is not a team sport, its one man against another, the prep for contest, the mental struggles to endure such dedication, and most of all taking your body to its best condition is why i love it!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
the support of my family and my wife (Shell my training partner), and the support of my close friend Anthony Hosely (my other training partner) keep an eye out for him....
BB Accomplishments:
My first year competing i placed 1st and overall in ( novice) placed 2nd in (lhw)twice and qualified for national in the one....

well guys and girls i am on my quest again this year after a two year lay off from competing, and i am 11 weeks out from the Mid Florida Classic in Orlando FL. I feel good my training is going really well. i will be coming down from 220 to where ever i end up at this time around i am not going...
We will just have to plan to have lunch or something, if this last e-mail didn't make it. I'm open all day tomorrow. I can meet you pretty much any time.
Yeah, my trainer owns a gym in Fleming Island. He was the owner/manager of the two World's Gyms. He sold he shares and opened another over here. He's really good, and knows alot of people. And as far as my contest prep I'm really not suppose to say who he is, he doesn't help alot of people. But he is the one of the best anybody could dream of. ;) I could definately help you with setting you up with my trainer.
I have a new trainer and a prep guy. (the prep guy is pretty famous,he recently beat Kai;) My training partner is going to be gone next week so I'm free next week to train. Give me a call 904-982-0031 it's a business line, but I'm the only one to answer
Hey lonzo,
We competed for the novice overall, in 2004 at the "all star". Just wondering if your still in Jax. I'm competeing again this year. I've made it to 210lbs at 10% bf. Thinking I'll be Light heavy this time around. (small Light heavy) It's going to be the Dexter show so if your still in town come up and say hi.
You right bout that, Lonzo. This is a 1 man sport. I'm trying to get my body right to. I want to compete. I think I'll be ready by 2009. Thanks for the add.
Excellent shot of you and you are looking large my friend, really large. You should be very proud of all of your hard work and what you have accomplished. Good luck with turning pro.
