Background

When I Started: Apr 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I have been working out off and on since I was 14 yrs old. My brother got me hook on weight lifting. Since my surgery I was going down hill fast, 183lbs at 27% body fat. So I had to change my life around just to be able to walk around, and I did this last year I have gained muscle and drop body fat to 13.2%. body building is now a way of life for me...

WHY I LOVE IT:

You can change the way you look become healther with hard work, I love the feel of the pump when working out, after your work out the sorness and feeling of being tired is great you know you had a great work out..

tasnana Sorry that your having negative feed back. I havent had negative feed back here but I do know what its like from family and its not easy to shake off. Keep your goals and push till you get them. Something I tell myself daily is that "this is for me for my health physically and mentally". AND Hey you look great.
