for me its easy im retired i have all the time in the world so i get up and wake up and take all the suppelements pre work out drink and go.
when you have nothing to do but work on your body for a hour or two in the morning every day its easy to get motivated do your protein , pre workout drink drop down to the gym pop in a good rock cd and get warmed up and hit it...i like the heavy routines better than the light but i still stay at it....if i need a extra day off then its a cardio day. after i work out its time to go eather hunting fishing or do one of a few hobbies that i have..my sons also work out so we stay in compation all the time help us all stay motivated lol...
