I've trained in martial arts for several years, mostly traditional. The last few years have concentrated on BJJ and Muay Thai. Long term I want to compete in amateur Muay Thai in the next two years and compete successfully on the BJJ circuit as a Masters competitor.

Oh no- hope you're feeling better, I cant stand the thought of not training - need my daily fix! My training is going great, getting stronger every day - loving every minute..have a fab week ahead!

damn are you okay though? hope your resting up well, how did you do it? shoulder is sore but think some of it is due to stress rather than a decent back workout. its been grinding a bit more than usual soooo making sure im training cuffs :( otherwise recent back pics have made me look deformed hahaha :)
Thanks! I hadn't even thought about the oil caps! What a wonderful idea. I am definitely going to start adding nuts in. I find whenever I do al all protein meal like just eggs in the morning & whey...I'm really sick to my stomach in about 3-4 hours. So I'm trying to add a little carb to each meal now. Now it has me wondering if it's lack of fat making me feel this way? or both? Hmmm. anyway thanks for the tips! I'm going to put it to use!! How are things going for you???
