Where do you mainly workout?

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
as it is my place where nobody else i know goes. It is my haven from the people i work with everyday day

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
HIT Treadmill training, because it is important for me to keep a high level of cardiovascular fitness being in the military. this allows me to do this whilst being moderately muscle sparing.
