i got started when i first picked up weights in middle school for football off season workout and ever since i've been addicted to the sport
Why I Love It:
I enjoy challenging myself to improve week to week and being a great person for the younger ones to look up to ;p
How I Stay Motivated:
i read different muscle magazines and my friends that i workout as much as i do.

to overall look great and feel great while i bust my tail in the gym and to get the perfect body that i have always dreamed of and if i succeed i would like to compete;p
