Eat right 90-95% of the time, and I always make sure there is a quality protein source with every meal.
Many complex carbs and lean meat sources for protein. I will cook my food in the beginning of the week for college and pack it to heat up at school. I will also make sure there are many quality snacks around the house such as cottage cheese and natural peanut butter. I keep these away from my roommates haha. I do most of the shopping for myself so it is easy to get the right things and prepare them the right way.

I wanted to change my life early so I didn't need to ever worry how I saw myself in the mirror.
Kris Gethin's 12-week videos were really one of my largest motivators out there. Watching the videos everyday kept me into the program and ready for more. Of course there are many other great resources on BB.com and I love that all the sponsored athletes keep feeding us more information about their programs. Of course I like to watch a little Twin Muslce Works and Furious Pete!
